Made a Banoffee pie and drizzled with salted caramel sauce.

Boiled a tin of condensed milk to make it caramel for about 3 hours( without any explosions of cans)

and made some salted caramel to drizzle over the pie. Next time will use the salted caramel instead of the  condensed milk caramel  as it has a stronger taste and i prefer it ! especially with the salty aftertaste

Add the bananas, cream , chocolate shavings and biscuit and voila ( obviously not in that order = upside down pie)
