Since coming back from the States on holiday from Disneyworld in 2019 and trying various different Sodas at Club Cool in Disney world Epcot, was interested to try more imported Sodas and those also here in the Uk.

American Peach and Raspberry Coca cola grabbed these from Walmart or Target

We will continue with Coca Cola many different flavours around the world. I prefer the full sugar ones to the diet ones. Although the majority of flavoured Cokes in the Uk are Diet or zero ughh. I found some imported ones from American fizz online which are reasonable for American and now European/Canadian goods.

Georgia Peach and California Raspberry USA liked both of these as they are both full sugar and the taste is not so artificial. We do have Diet Raspberry here ughh doesn’t taste the same

Cinnamon Zero Coke ( Uk seasonal and Full sugar Cinnamon USA) prefer the full sugar but do have that scented candle vibe to them.

Coca Cola Orange Vanilla USA and Clementine diet coke UK – I liked both the Diet one was redeemed by the very Orange clementine taste to it very seasonal.

Coca cola with Coffee import and Coca cola vanilla USA/UK i liked both the Coffee one seemed like a very adult drink and also refreshing, would be great in the summer as a Coffee alternative, and Vanilla is Vanilla

Diet Coca Cola Twisted Strawberry UK this was a miss for me, would be much better with full Sugar Coke and a more natural stronger Strawberry flavour.

Now onto Fanta i tried the frosty Melon in Club Cool Epcot and so wished we had it here in the Uk. We do have several flavours of fanta here but there are loads out there.

Berry Fanta Blue in colour and a bit nondescript in taste

Toronja ( Grapefruit Fanta ) this was nice but would have liked it more sour like Grapefruit

Exotic Fanta this was nice and fruity a bit like the fruit punch one we have here in the UK

Mango Fanta this was nice but a bit sweet, very similar to another brand we have called Rubicon

Grape Fanta USA we don’t have many Grape flavoured things here in the Uk but in the states more so. I got this from Chinatown funnily enough and i do like it time to time, it is very sweet for me personally but can see it would be a great flavour in something. We do have Fanta Grape zero here in the Uk but again not the same

OTHER DRINKS

I try to spot different flavoured sodas when out shopping to try and imported ones. I also got some different Dr Peppers Dark Fruit and Vanilla Float to try USA. I am not a big Dr Pepper fan but to me they didn’t taste much different than the original kind.

Sprite has always seemed much like Lemonade to me and you do not see many different flavoured ones. I did spot a Lemon/lime Cucumber Zero sugar one In Poundstretcher and i quite liked it as the Cucumber makes it quite refreshing and compensated for lack of Sugar. Would be great again for the Summer on a hot day. The other one was Cranberry Sprite Seasonal USA again this was a bit more style than substance.

Supermarkets have also jumped on the band wagon for making more interesting Fizzy Drink combinations such as Tesco.

They brought out a selection of flavoured Colas and Lemonades i just wish they wasnt always no Sugar or Zero. Tesco had the Raspberry/Rose Lemonade which was nice, but when you take out Sugar and use sweetener it has the artificial taste that diet products have. The Alphonso Mango Lemonade was also nice they made.

Well that’s all for now but will continue to hunt down more unusual drinks to try and review.

Where to get them you ask? Americanfizz online sell American and imported Sodas i use them a lot. Pound stretchers always have unusual Sodas from Limited editons and Indian inspired sodas never heard of and often cheap so can try them relatively low cost. Also try Asian Groceries stores they have different sodas aimed at the Asian market which we will not have here in the UK.
