
So for this week`s recipe video i decided to make a Jaffa cake Swiss roll
A swiss roll filled with Marmalade topped with Chocolate Ganache and finished with Chopped up Jaffa cakes. I didn’t use Jelly as that would not roll up well and make the Swiss roll Soggy like once when i made homemade Jaffa cakes. I also chose to use Ganache as finishing with just Chocolate like a Jaffa cake would mean when it is cut it would crumble off.
I did make the Orange Marmalade from the tin concentrate, which makes several jars but cannot for the life of me make it from scratch tried several times each time a different result. Too runny, too set, crystalises ughh
