The more time goes by, the more savvier i become it`s not always about getting free stuff but getting the best deal to save money which does include free stuff.
Keep your eyes peeled for openings of New restaurants and shops in shopping centres as they often have special promotions on opening, i got a £10 tk maxx voucher for being in the first 500 people, got a suprise sandwich free this week from Potbelly on there opening offer, by pure chance i was there the right time.
Facebook is also great for finding out promotions like for a Pret a manger free smoothie after 3pm on a certain day by saying the secret word at the till. Costa do a similar promotion time to time also.
Facebook games linked to companies like spin to win are a great way to win something, keep trying for the duration of the promotion you`ve got nothing to loose!

sign up to product emails as they do sometimes send discounts and coupons, Danone is good, john west, princes sends coupons off time to time.
Loyalty cards such as Waitrose entitle you to a free coffee/tea/latte/cappuccino by scanning your card in store and also offers rewards on certain items and competitions. Iceland have a bonus card enters you into competitions and sends you a £3 off coupon for spending £30 or more when you join plus incentives time to time.
The people in Tescos are starting to recognise me and my coupons ! haha they ask me where i get them, i do say. You can`t always get the deals though either through no stock or not being stocked in the store.

Joining Tesco orchard and Bzz agent where you sign up and they invite you to programmes to try products for free in there range is great, tell them your opinons, and what you think share with friends/family and get coupons also
So far i have had a fruit and veg programme and tesco favourites one, plus jacabs crackers from bzz agent. I am currently on my 3rd one now fr Bioglan supplements.
So redeem the coupons they send and get free food just for saying your opinions, sharing etc.
