3 months down the line of Couponing and using Cashbacks apps, vouchers, online discounts and general  promotions.

Finding more about things as i go along, new sites an incentives and will be listing some i use below. You can get free food, free samples , free household items like cleaners, and make some money too in the process.

Every month varies so you are not sureof how much you will save  until you see the offers and deals, cashback savings and coupons.

in the 3months now i have got  near to £60 of stuff for free by careful couponing, promotions freebies and cashback, and made some money too.

Things arent always completely free but discounted  cheap so you can afford them  easily.

from Toilet wipes, to crisps, chocolate bars, sweets, fish,pasta, salads, cider, flavoured waters etc

http://www.topcashback.co.uk/logout – sign up and get cashback rewards on shopping online and  by buying some products via snap and save –  i got 2 disney dvds for £12.99 from zavvi and they gave me £10 back for joining  so got the 2 for £3.00 just over ( this deal is over but they post new deals for new registered users all the time)

Apps on your phone

Download onto your phone, buy the products featured upload the receipt to get rewards and freebies.

Shopitise, checkoutsmart and quidco – get free products and discounts off products you may buy anyway

Surveys

gfk media – ask opinions on what you watch, answer questions and build points towards entering prizes  and chance to win prizes. ( i got £5 from a week long tv survey which i chose to spend on amazon)

youguv – answer opinions on anything from politics to  interests, enter prize draws or build up your points to redeem for a £50 voucher  ( currently i am on £15)

Facebook promotions and games

Check  company product facebook pages for giveaways and free samples and links to there website for giveaways

i have got free packs of marinades from schwartz, and some other freebies also won a few competitions in draws

Games also on fb for giveaways are worth a go, as you can enter every day

Twitter

Often companies will have competitions where you have to tweet to them for something i won a £100 giftcard from wilko by entering a selfie competition so well worth checking out for,  suggest friends to receive gifts is another one, reccommend a friend then get them to suggest you back to receive a sample, i have got free samples of sauces and crackers and mascara too ( that ones for mum)
