Been meaning to make these for ages, Sesame seed /tahini flavoured buttercream topped with sesame seeds on a soft vanilla sponge cupcake. Tastes creamy and nutty very similar to peanut butter frosting and a nice change.

Seeing lots of asian sweets use sesame seeds including the very addictive sesame snaps with caramel and those sesame caramel coated nuts! thought into a buttercream would go well seeing the paste isnt sweet and the Buttercream would mellow with the mix and it did!
