With an abundance of Lemons and limes leftover from making the lemonade made a lemon&lime meringue pie topped with Italian meringue,which i added instead of the normal meringue which is a dream pairing, made 2 pies one in the freezer.
although the Italian Meringue does take longer is much worth it, more stable and much nicer and can keep okay in the fridge too
