First time making for a while a baked cheesecake, not sure about the dry type texture they have, but this new recipe wasnt dry at all and nice and creamy so a winner. First time using sour cream also in a dessert so sour cream virginty broken LOL
Did get a few cracks on top, maybe coz i opened the dor to check it ( smacks hand) will not do that next time and put a water bath in the bottom to aid also
