A London Cheesecake is not a cheesecake ! it is a name given to a pastry slice which is a layer of puff pastry filled with jam mainly raspberry then topped with icing and shaved coconut on top.
This cake is a coconut cake filled with my homemade Raspberry Jam and topped with the same soft glace icing and coconut shavings yumm
