The Traditional Xmas pudding for Christmas day, which has always been a tradition for us, dad makes it every year as his tradition, also traditional to make a wish on the stirring of the mixture when making the pudding before steaming it and cooking in advance. We make our normally end of November start of December, people do make them much more in advance and mature them but we always did it this way and always tastes great!!
i made the pudding one year but then handed it back as tradition to my dad.
Served with thick lashings of cream or icecream and flamed with brandy on top thus the micro flames!
