
My christmas cake 2013
i make my fruit cake all moist by soaking my fruits for up to a week and not overly rich packed with just about every fruit known to be dried as they seem to do.
Mine is just mixed fruit and a golden brown colour not deep brown/black as they seem to be in stores covered in fondant icing no marzipan for i am allergic to almonds
This is such a delightful bake! So pretty!
