So after trying Starbucks duffin which was nice, i made a version for a donut muffin!
was nice but starbucks one is more cake like, so next time will do a cake mix with the jam centre and sugar top.
Works well with my homemade summertime jam as blood right colour and consistency with the sugar glass pieces.
Just in time for halloween night yumm
